FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

1. How long does it take to receive my order?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. U.S. delivery usually takes an additional 5–10 business days.

2. Can I return or exchange items?

Because each product is custom printed, we can only accept returns for defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.

3. How do I know my size?

Each product page includes a size chart to help you choose the right fit. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the United States. We’re working to expand to more countries soon.

5. Will I get a tracking number?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

6. Can I customize my T-shirt?

At this time, customization isn’t available, but we’re exploring this option for future releases.
